Most Ply Terms and Conditions —
What You Need to Know Before Playing

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this document and all most ply policies, promotional documents, and communications:

• "Platform" refers to the most ply website at mostply.wine and all associated services, games, and tools accessible through it.
• "Account" means a registered player account created by an individual on the most ply platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds where separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives granted by most ply under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting volume required before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required for withdrawal requests and account maintenance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which most ply conducts all financial transactions.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting, live dealer tables, payment processing, VIP programme, and any other functionality provided through the most ply platform.

By registering for an account on most ply, logging into an existing account, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the most ply platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the most ply platform. The Terms are available in English and can be requested in Urdu summary form from our support team.

To access most ply's real-money services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided is truthful and kept up to date.

Each person may hold only one account on most ply. Duplicate accounts — even under different names or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. Most ply reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or withdrawals associated with them.

• You must provide your real identity — using another person's details is a violation of these Terms.
• One account per individual, household, device, and IP address is the standard limit.
• Account credentials are your responsibility — do not share your password with anyone else.
• Notify most ply support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Most ply may request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided during or after registration, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.

By registering, you declare that you are aged 18 or over. Most ply will verify age as part of the standard KYC process. Players may be asked to submit a government-issued identification document — such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence — to confirm their date of birth. Until age is verified, withdrawals may be held pending document review.

Most ply cooperates with responsible gaming initiatives and takes underage gambling seriously. Parents and guardians concerned about a minor accessing the platform should contact most ply support immediately at support@mostply.wine.

All deposits on most ply are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Most ply does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account restriction. All funds deposited into most ply must originate from lawful sources. Most ply reserves the right to request evidence of funding source as part of anti-money-laundering compliance checks.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Most ply aims to process all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 24 hours for bank transfers and card withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for verified accounts, though requests above Rs 500,000 may be subject to additional processing time and documentation requirements under our anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods in your own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — this typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport.
• Real-money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately. Only eligible real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Most ply does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside most ply's control.

Most ply offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The general rules below apply to all bonus funds unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance separately from real-money deposits where applicable.
• Standard wagering requirement: 20× the bonus amount must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable, unless a specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically count 100%, live casino games 100%, and certain promotional slots at rates specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus balances are forfeited at expiry.
• Most ply reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or amend its terms at any time before it has been accepted by a player.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Using another account to claim the same promotion is treated as fraudulent activity.

All bets placed on most ply are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

For sports betting, most ply follows industry-standard settlement rules for each sport. Key provisions include:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football, etc.).
• If an event is abandoned before a result is possible and no official reduced-result rule applies, all bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• In-play bets are final at the time of confirmation. Most ply is not responsible for bets placed on incorrect odds due to a player's connection delays.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — including situations where a market has been mispriced significantly — may be voided by most ply at its discretion, with stakes returned.
• The maximum payout per single bet across all sports markets is Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh). Accumulators are subject to a combined maximum payout of Rs 10,000,000.

For live dealer games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Baccarat, the on-table dealer's decisions are final in all matters relating to game conduct. Technical malfunctions that affect the integrity of a round will result in that round being voided and all bets returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the most ply platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using most ply to process illicitly obtained funds through any deposit, bet, or withdrawal cycle.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated strategies with other players, or any method that most ply determines constitutes abuse of the promotional system.
• Fraud: Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in card games.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access parts of the platform beyond your authorised account, use bots or automated betting software, or interfere with the platform's technical operation.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, including in conjunction with other platforms, in a manner that most ply determines constitutes deliberate arbitrage rather than legitimate play.

Most ply reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Court orders, regulatory instructions, or law enforcement requests.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts will receive notice before closure).
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, most ply reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance. Real-money deposits that have not been used in a bonus scheme will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any outstanding balances owed to most ply. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting most ply support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the most ply platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and sound elements — is the intellectual property of most ply or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own private entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any most ply content without prior written consent. Screen-recording of live dealer games, redistribution of odds data, or unauthorised use of the most ply brand name or logo is prohibited.

Most ply provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, most ply's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Most ply is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated winnings, or opportunity costs.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during live betting or live dealer game sessions.
• Decisions made based on errors in odds that were clearly priced incorrectly and subsequently voided.
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures beyond most ply's reasonable control.
• Technical failures caused by the player's own device, browser, or software configuration.

Most ply takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity in a healthy way:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Changes to increase a limit take 48 hours to apply; decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum you can lose in a given period. Reductions apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a specified time spent on the platform per session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Account access is suspended for the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for a minimum of 6 months.

Most ply collects and processes your personal data in order to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Your data is handled in accordance with the most ply Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

Most ply does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulators as required. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Most ply may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, you will be notified by email to your registered address and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the platform. The revised Terms will state the effective date clearly.

If you continue to use the most ply platform after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any real-money balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws under which most ply holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and most ply, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the issue with the most ply support team via live chat or email. Most disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the support response is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to support@mostply.wine. Most ply will provide a written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the formal complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority as indicated in the most ply licensing documentation available on request.

By using the most ply platform, you agree to pursue disputes through this process before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
